The Car Wash Team

Arthur and Beth wash the car with Mum. They have a bucket and a cloth.

Arthur wipes the door. Beth waits for the cloth.

“We need two cloths,” says Beth. Mum points to one on the stool.

Beth takes the second cloth. Now they can both help.

Arthur washes one side. Beth washes the other side.

They find a muddy patch near a wheel. It needs a little more work.

Beth makes the patch wet. Arthur wipes it clean.

Mum rinses the soap away. The car looks bright again.

They put the cloths in the bucket. “Our team did a good job,” says Mum.
