Faye has yellow paint.

Scott and Faye pour blue and yellow paint into same mixing pot, distinct blue yellow blobs not green yet.

Put the paint in the pot.

Scott and Faye stir blue and yellow paint together with brush in mixing pot, colours blending.

We can mix the paint.

Scott and Faye look at clearly green paint now mixed in pot, original blue yellow cups beside it.

Look! The paint is green.

Scott and Faye paint plain leaf outline green using mixed paint, no decorative dashes or stars.

Now we can paint the leaf.
