The Photo on the Wall

Megan has a photo for the wall. Joel helps her put it up.

They put a little putty on the back. Then Megan presses the photo onto the wall.

One corner comes away. The photo begins to lean.

“We need more putty,” says Joel. They take the photo down.

Joel puts putty on all four corners. Megan holds the card flat.

They press the photo onto the wall again. This time, all four corners stay up.

Megan steps back to look. “The top is not straight,” she says.

Joel lifts one side a little. Now the top is straight.

Their lake photo is on the wall. Other students stop to look.
