Vocabulary

Read these five words from the story. Talk about what they mean.

robot: A machine that can follow instructions to do a task.
square: A shape with four equal sides and four right angles.
distance: How far something moves or is from something else.
arrow: A mark that shows a direction.
instructions: Steps that tell someone or something what to do.
