Toby’s Seedlings

Toby and Duncan look at their seedlings. Grandma keeps the pots in her greenhouse.

Toby’s red pot is near the window. His seedling has green leaves.

Duncan’s blue pot is behind a big box. His seedling looks pale.

Grandma moves the box. More light can reach Duncan’s plant.

The boys put both pots by the window. They give the plants a little water.

They come back after a few days. Duncan can see a new green leaf.

Both seedlings are growing. The boys turn the pots so each side gets light.

Grandma smiles at the little plants. Soon they will be ready for the garden.
