Vincent’s Paper Dragon
School Readers · Level 6
Vincent and Leonard make a paper dragon at school. They fold a long green body.

Vincent adds a head with two yellow horns. Leonard makes a tail from red paper.

They hold up the dragon to make it dance. The long body bends in the middle.

“It needs some help,” says Vincent. Their teacher brings two wooden sticks.

The boys tape one stick behind the head. They tape the other near the tail.

Now each boy holds a stick. They lift the dragon slowly above the table.

The green body stays up as they move together. Their dragon can dance at last.

They show the class their paper dragon. Everyone joins in with a gentle clap.
