Vocabulary

Read these five words from the story. Talk about what they mean.

recipe: Instructions for making a food or drink.
ingredients: Foods and other things used to make a dish.
quantities: The amounts of different things.
batch: An amount made together at one time.
measured: Checked the amount or size of something.
